Obviously we’re not going to spoil it here – rest assured that everything you read on TSA* will be spoiler-free with regards to Metal Gear Solid 4 – but we thought we should let you know that sites like GameFAQs have already leaked the ending.
Here’s the plan: switch off your PSN notifications, stay away from any message boards and don’t open any ‘suspect’ emails. It’s still a week away, to find out how the story ends now would be tragic…
Update: here are the forums to avoid if you want to stay spoiler-free, because asshats seem to be spreading vital plot details everywhere:

2. Official EU PlayStation forums.
3. PS3Forums.com
4. Gametrailers.com
Until the mods at these forums get their acts in gear, stay clear.
