In a strange move that I’ve never seen or heard of before Dice have announced (via Gamesindustry) that anybody can now unlock the Time Trial mode on the Mirror’s Edge Demo by entering any 16-digit code into the demo. Simply select Race – Play Time Trial from the main menu screen and enter any 16 numbers when prompted.
Apparently you can even do this on an already downloaded copy of the demo. I wouldn’t know because it made my wife motion-sick when it was on and she made me delete it last week. I think this week she will just have to feel nauseous.
Unlockable content in a demo. Safe.
