  1. The latest patch has completely disabled VATS on my game. GRRRR.

    • That was happening to me from day one! the trick is to activate VATS whilst in 3rd person view. Hope that helps.

  2. If that’s the patch list, I’d love to see the logs covering all of the bugs they took out during testing before the game went gold – Bethesda, answer on a postcard please, and yes you can write big.

  3. yay for news tips <3

  4. Still freezing as hell

  5. How big is the download ?

  6. Well, after extensive testing I’m not happy to report that my version now crashes more often. I couldn’t complete one quest (Wheel Of Fortune) and when buying the game can get frozen, needing a full turn-the-PS3-off-and-on reset. Not good. I can’t be arsed to wait for another patching session – which might take a week or three – so will cut short Wheel Of Fortune by killing Logan and taking his keys.

This is all a great shame because when the game is working it’s fantastic; I think I’m in love with Veronica – I know she’s a game character and not real – as she has the best put-down/comedy/clever lines. Shame she’s into women… Oh, and where’s my ED-E robot gone; it vanished during my attack on the Boomers and hasn’t been seen since.

    • If he’s still a companion (you can’t take Rex), try the Vault 22 elevator – seems to act like a companion fix. If he’s not a companion, he should be in Primm.
