It was briefly showcased at Sony’s big E3 conference yesterday, and now we know exactly when to expect the ICO & Shadow Of The Colossus Classics HD collection.
You will have able to pick up the two titles on a single Blu-ray disc on the 27th of September for North America, or one day later across the PAL territory on the 28th.
The collection was previously pushed back from its rough release date of Spring 2011, but thankfully there’s only 3 and a half months left to wait.
The two much-loved PS2 titles have been given a fresh layer of paint, remastered in 1080p, 3D and, best of all, trophy support!

Never played either of these, so looking forward to seeing what all the fuss is about before The Last Guardian drops!

Glad we have a date, I’m just hoping theres a gap between this and The Last Guardian.
Also, there will be the “original PS2 artwork from both titles on the reverse of the paper inlay, so you can swap them around and have the classic look for your collection”. Awesome!

That is a really good idea, I’ll definitely be doing that option.

Another game that’s a preorder/ day one purchase. Sony really do have some awesome first-party might being shown off this year.
