Burning Skies Will Feature 8-Player Online Functionality

Sony has yet to dish out any major details regarding online play for the Vita’s marquee first person shooter, Resistance: Burning Skies, though an update to the game’s official webpage has let slip a few details. According to a list of key features, Burning Skies will feature 8-man competitive multiplayer, staged across 6 maps and 3 game modes.

There’s no word on what modes will be on offer and how they utilise the Vita’s unique features as well player progression. However, with Burning Skies due to launch next month, we’re likely to hear a lot more on the subject over the next few weeks.
