Botanicula Released In Pay What You Want Deal

Botanicula, a quirky exploration adventure game from Amanita Design, the developers of the award winning Machinarium has launched today as part of a fantastic pay what you want Humble Bundle for PC, Mac and Linux.

In Botanicula, you must guide a group of five tree creatures as they journey to save their home from spider like invaders making use of their unique abilities as you explore more than 150 locations.

Unlike the classic Machinarium whose puzzles made playing through the game without looking at online guides sometimes difficult, the emphasis in Botanicula is more on exploration as you direct your little tree dudes around making use of their unique abilities to help you overcome environment based puzzles.

The Humble Botanicula Debut is the latest release on the Humble Bundle platform where you can grab a great bundle of games and name your price for all of the games in the bundle and their soundtracks.

This bundle includes Botanicula, Machinarium and Samorost 2 and their soundtracks. Additionally if you pay over the current average price you’ll also be able to download Kooky a feature length movie and the Windosill the classic point and click from Vectorpark.

All the titles are completely DRM free and work across PC, Mac and Linux. Check out the full details of the bundle in video below, and grab the bundle here.

  1. Looks like my sort of game.

  2. Would love for this to hit consoles and/or tablets. As it is I’m sorely tempted to get this for my much unloved old desktop…

  3. Even though most Point & Click games aren’t my thing, I’ve already got Machinarium, and its brilliant. Although as you said, it can be very hard in some places.
