Sniper Elite V2 Giveaway: The Result

Last week we invited readers to have a crack at our aptly named shoot-out challenge in order to bag a copy of Rebellion’s Sniper Elite V2. The rules of the competition were simple: identify as many of the ten edited images as possible to be within a chance of winning.

If the comments section was anything to go by, there were at least a couple of slides that had entrants racking their brains. We admit, there were a few cleverly disguised inclusions, not to mention one or two fairly obscure titles. Whether looking for the answers you missed or just assurance that your submission was 100%, here are the answers.

  • SOCOM: Special Forces
  • Blackwater
  • Hunted: The Demon’s Forge
  • Spider-Man: Edge of Time

Out of the 9 submitted entries, all were correct therefore resulting in a draw. However, after a quick nudge of our friend, the unflinching random result generator, we have a winner and his name is Dan Jones, known more commonly as Origami Killer.

  6. I’d given up on number 6 and put down SOCOM even though I thought it was wrong!

    In fact just looking at it now, I still think it’s wrong?! Anyone else confused? Was the box art changed or something?

    • Well, from what I can work out after some Googling, it looks like the German box art was different to the UK box art? (and the art in the comp was the German version, thus making it very hard!)
