  1. Hmm…wonder if they’ll be future PS+ freebies…

  2. Why do xbox get it first and we have to wait? Seems strange.

  3. digita released for Vita too? (fingers crossed for PW HD at some point)

    • Why not buy the bundle now?.. or is this a cross-buy?

  4. They were always digital.

Please don’t misuse the word just because some marketing people and poor journalists started it. The word “downloadable” is perfectly fine, and doesn’t have another (correct) meaning.

    • No, mine were definitely analogue, i’m sure of it! :P

  5. Digital versions for Vita are already out. I own them, and I’m sure I’m not the only one!

  6. Yeah the Vita MGS2+3 are out, because they were £19.99 and went up after a day or two to £23.99. No PW though….

  7. I would still like to have the enhanced version of Peacewalker on Vita considering it was likely cut to fit into the cartridge (4gb?). There’s no excuse to just ignore it if MGS2 and 3 was ported.

I’d probably be tempted if they finally did cross-buy, considering they’re the same but knowing Konami it will never happen.

  8. I’m here wondering why the vita version is so much smaller than these ones… Almost 18gb for MGS2 and MGS3, while the bundle, on Vita, take 3.4gb

    • The console versions are full HD, whilst the Vita versions aren’t even it’s native resolution; they’re upscaled. So vastly reduced textures will play a big part in that, I’m sure.

  9. Hmm, no sign of either of these games on the New Zealand psn store. Anyone know when they’ll be there, if at all? Can’t find the disc release anywhere either.
