Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge Confirmed For PS3 & Xbox 360

The rumours were true, the once Wii U exclusive Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge is set to jump ship to PS3 and Xbox 360 and will launch both at retail and via digital download on the 5th of April 2013.

All the DLC from Ninja Gaiden 3 will be included and the remixed version of the game comes with “redesigned battle system, improved enemy AI, the removal of interactive QTE scenes, and the return of dismemberment.” Kasumi, Ayane and Momiji all join Hayabusa as playable characters with Ayane getting her own story mode.

Tecmo have posted a huge number of new screenshots, some of which you can view below. You will be unsurprised to find they feature ladies wearing skimpy clothing.

  1. Wow, what a nice response to feedback. Kinda makes me wish I could play Ninja Gaiden sigma plus on the Vita. Wait, does everything come down to the Vita with me? Yes. Oh well, I put it down to isolation from a home console.

  2. I’m in shit street my mrs has just caught me perving over those pics, damn you tc.8)

  3. I skiped NG3 on the ps3 due to bad reviews ane considered to easy. How is this game holding up against in this regard?

  4. I’m very very excited for this, I had a lot of interest for the original release but overall such poor form so glad they’re bringing the updated version to PS3 as well. It’s funny looking on other sites seeing how many people are bitching saying that oh so the original release was just a beta test, yeah I can see how people would be annoyed but look at the history of modern NG games – Gaiden to Black then Sigma, 2 to Sigma and now this is 3’s Sigma :) Next, Vita!

  5. Sweet :) Was planning on getting this on WiiU really but ultimately I will go for whatever platform is cheapest.

    • Think I’ll stick with getting the Wii U one so I can play on the gamepad – although doing that accidentally added an hour of gaming after I turned my telly off last night, meaning I fnished at 4am!
