Gearbox (or possibly someone else, hurr hurr) put a lovely little Easter Egg in Aliens: Colonial Marines, a small hat and cane which is a nod to the Alien parody in Spaceballs in which a newly born Alien does a little dance. Looks like they need not have bothered, as this buggy segment shows.
Patch Snatch: Assassin’s Creed 3 has been updated ahead of the next batch of DLC. Most of the fixes are for the multiplayer portion of the game.

“You are given a series of everyday life events and have to attempt to manage your illness, relationships, job, and possible treatment. This game aims to show other sufferers of depression that they are not alone in their feelings, and to illustrate to people who may not understand the illness the depths of what it can do to people.”
You can play for free or make a donation to iFred, a charity that aims to fight back against depression and the stigma against it.

Back to the silliness with news of the latest game to have zombies crowbarred into it for no apparent reason other than developers have no imagination. Rebellion have announced Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army. It’s Sniper Elite with zombies, in case you couldn’t guess.

I was at Capcom HQ yesterday and spent some time with the game and normally I would write up a preview but my mother always told me if you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.
However, not writing about the game would do you, dear readers, a disservice, so I’m hiding my preview of Resident Evil: Revelations HD in News Snatch where, hopefully, Capcom won’t see it.

Epic Games have recently paused production on the sequel, Infinity Blade: Dungeons whilst they “figure out the future of the project”.

Its nothing new that graphics on a game can change over a period of development to capacitate for hardware, but bloody hell they have seriously just thrown away the demo and done something else. I absolutely can’t figure out what happened to the final product unless the game was console focused in which case: PORT!!!

Is Revelations HD really that bad?
I played a bit of it on my sister’s 3DS XL and it seemed like a much better game than any Resi since 4.
I was really impressed with it actually, despite how hard it is to aim with the 3DS. But surely that was fixed by the addition of the sticks?
