SCEE Discounts The LittleBigPlanet Range

Sony Europe have discounted all the LittleBigPlanet games for a week or two, starting from today. The range of games have been somewhat iconic this generation, at least considering the main character throughout all the titles: Sackboy.

On the PlayStation 3 the first LittleBigPlanet is £7.99 and the second one is £10.99. The Karting spin-off is £24.99, which isn’t that much of a deal (it’s about that on disk from Amazon, for example) unless you’re desperate to have everything on the hard drive.

The PSP game, which is still pretty good, is just £3.19 and the Vita LittleBigPlanet a penny under £20. There’s savings to be had with the DLC, too – the Move Pack for LBP 2 is £4.79 and most of the costume and creator kits have also been reduced in price.

LittleBigPlanet 2 was recently boosted with the PS3/Vita Cross Controller patch, which you can read about here.

  1. Might have a look at how much the costume packs are but I’ll wait for LBP Karting to come to PS+

  2. I remember paying about £25 each for LBP and motor storm for psp a few years ago, played them an hour and haven’t touched them since… I’m doing same with vita lol why…..

  3. Good deal, I fell in love with LBP from the very first trailer so i already have the three main games.

  4. I already have the games on PS3 & Vita but will check out the prices of the DLC costume packs.

  5. I’ve always thought the costumes have been overpriced, so this is welcome.

  6. I want to buy and download LBP on my Vita but I have no space on my memory card! Temped to buy it now anyway, cos I want the digital version not the card-based version, since I doubt it’ll be going down to that price on the PS Store any time soon…

  7. one of the LBP games will be free on PS+ for Vita soon, so no point buying IMO
