The Deadpool Game Gets A Very Deadpool Trailer

There’s not a lot to say about this, except that you should probably not watch it in work. Deadpool is, despite what that Wolverine movie would have you believe, brilliant. He’s funny, interesting, damaged and very, very entertaining in just about every comic book he features in.

Marvel’s anti-hero is getting the videogame treatment and I personally think he could be a perfect fit for this kind of over the top action game. They’ve certainly got the trailer right.

  1. Lol “Best.Game.Ever” < Deadpools Mom.

Looks really fun if they keep that up throughout the whole game.

  2. It’s just been pointed out that TC covered this already in News Snatch today but I love Deadpool so we’re having double-helpings. So there.

    • Yeah, but I think he had less nice things to say about it!

  3. Still would like to see some proper gameplay. The Deadpool style humour is spot on, but that alone won’t carry a game. However, looking forward to this regardless!

  4. Gotta love Deadpool! I think this game needs to be bought by everyone. Even if just for the humour.

  5. DAY ONE PURCHASE!
That is all really. It looks funny and fun game to play.

  6. like others have said, the humour looks spot on, but the gameplay needs to be as good.

i’ve watched that three times and that bit at the end still makes me laugh.

  7. That looks awesome… & it should, Deadpool made it (apparently!).

Kinda reminds me a little of a Punisher game i played on PS2, but with a sense of humour, which can only be a good thing.

  8. I hope the whole game is as OTT as this trailer!

  9. Looks great! I hope the rumoured movie also becomes a reality. Although I’m not too sure about Ryan Reynolds reprising the role.

  10. If this is even half as good as Half Moon’s work on the Transformers series, then I’m in. My nagging cynical nerve won’t let me forget just how bad most comics games are however (especially the ones that feature a solitary character…); here’s hoping the Moon proves me wrong.
