We’re really getting close to a hundred podcasts now. That’s quite weird, that you’ve allowed us to continue rambling and ranting for so many episodes of what is probably the internet’s most irreverent podcast about games, movies and comics.
Lewis was not available for this recording so you’ve only got Kris, Kev and myself to listen to. Luckily, I had BioShock Infinite to talk about (without spoilers). I also mentioned Tomb Raider, Gears of War Judgment and Pixel People. Kev talked about Puddle and Kris talked about the Death of Robin in recent Batman comics (that’s not a spoiler, it’s everywhere!).
We did a true/false style quiz themed around LEGO and then we answered as many of your questions as we had time for.
- Please send us questions via email to podcasts[at]thesixthaxis.com.
- You can also tag your questions on Twitter with #tsacast and, provided you’re not on a private account, we’ll see them in our search each week. Finally, as usual, there’s a questions thread in the forum.
This podcast features strong language, jokes in poor taste and adult themes, if you’re offended by that then we recommend that you don’t listen to it at all.
- As usual, you can grab the MP3 file here (right click to download).
- You might want to get it (when the RSS catches us) on the RSS feed, here.
- Or we’re on iTunes, when iTunes feels like updating. You can also leave us a review and subscribe there, if you want to be particularly lovely.

Just listened to the bit on Infinite. For me, with such an ambiguous story, they put too much combat in between each on the key points along the way. A lot of it began to feel forced. Could of used the skylines to more of an advantage too, not just placed in each “arena” as you called them.

Thanks for answering my question on reliability of the next console and also thanks Kris for pronouncing my name first time(people always say it wrong). Just for clarification I use my PSN name alongside my Twitter name so it’s easier for people to identify me.

I would not agree with you guys on”the reliability of the next console” opinion. I think the next-gen consoles will not improve when it comes to it how long they work before they break or something. This can be seen in all devices of the electronic market. Devices are built to break after a certain period of time (for cheaper stuff it’s right after the guarantee expires). This way the producers force people to buy new devices, one after another in shorter periods of time. It’s a brutal world out there.
