Gearbox have responded to the lawsuits brought against for Aliens: Colonial Marines.
“Attempting to wring a class action lawsuit out of a demonstration is beyond meritless. We continue to support the game, and will defend the rights of entertainers to share their works-in-progress without fear of frivolous litigation.”
Meanwhile TimeGate Studios who contributed to the development of the game have filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection this week.

More good news for Nintendo… no wait, I mean ‘Yet another nail in the coffin of the Wii U’, as for the first time since 1991 the Madden franchise will not be available for a Nintendo console. EA released the following statement:
“We will not be releasing a Wii U version of Madden NFL in 2013. However, we have a strong partnership with Nintendo and will continue to evaluate opportunities for delivering additional Madden NFL products for Nintendo fans in the future.”
