There aren’t many surprises in this week’s chart news. For the third week running Call of Duty Ghosts holds the top spot with FIFA 14 in second. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes has climbed a few rungs on the ladder, usurping both Battlefield 4 and Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. Also, Grand Theft Auto V has dropped three places into 8th.
Elsewhere, everything is looking pretty much the same. The only games which have soared in the past week are Ryse: Son of Rome which has jumped from 29 to 18 and, rather surprisingly, Aliens: Colonial Marines, having leapt from 71 to No.33.

It is not surprising that Aliens: Colonial Marines has leapt up the charts quite significantly as Game has dropped the price for the Limited Edition back down to £4.99 again and I am sure ShopTo has the Limited Edition for £4.85 too!

Need for Speed Rivals is outselling GT6? It’s a multiplatform game but that’s still surprising. Not undeserved, though. Rivals is a great game. I’m having tons of fun with it.
