Joe Danger Titles Heading To PS Vita

Joe Danger and Joe Danger 2: The Movie are heading to PlayStation Vita next year. Since Hello Games are naturally very busy with No Man’s Sky, Yorkshire based studio Four Door Lemon are handling the ports of the titles.

Four Door Lemon previously contributed to the development of New Star Soccer, as well as Vita titles including Table Mini Golf and Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee HD. They’re working closely with Hello Games to create the best experience possible.

They’ve also teased “a few fresh surprises” for the Vita versions, though it’s not quite clear what those will be. Joe Danger will launch on PS Vita in Q2 2014.

Four Door Lemon are also working on a new IP of their own for next year, though there’s no official announcement of that just yet.

  1. Any hint of a cross buy situation?

  2. This is great news. They’re worth buying again even if they’re not cross buy!

  3. Well worth buying again,i think it’ll come across just as good on the Vita as it does on PS3.

  4. Excellent!

Definitely games better suited to the Vita than the PS3 in my book (not that they weren’t great on PS3, just that they’ll fit the Vita better).

  5. Excellent! I’ll love this in the vita.

  6. On the vita you say!? Don’t mind if I do….

  7. I played it with PS+ on my PS3. I got so involved that I made the 12th highest score on one stage. I was so proud. My biggest gaming achievment.
I want it on Vita :)

  8. Ideal to come to plus perhaps…

  9. I hope one of the surprises is cross-buy!

  10. Yay!
