Strange that they actually went for a sequel (2) rather than a strapline (Riptide) this time though – As Riptide was a continuation of the first game, I wonder if that means that we will have new protagonists/island & a new/different outbreak etc?
I also wonder where that leaves Dying Light? Announcements on that one have been a bit scarce lately.

Agreed, it is very odd. I think this will be a long way off though as Dying Light has been delayed until next year.
Unless they’ve decided to rename DL as DI2.
