Media Molecule tried to port Tearaway to another platform. But with the game’s use of all the PS Vita’s bells and whistles, they weren’t able to do that. So, instead of giving up they decided to do something else, and take a look at a different piece of hardware – the DualShock 4 – and create a new Tearaway experience.
You’ll be able to shine the light bar into the screen, and explore much larger worlds than in the PS Vita version, with the use of a paper plane to fly about. The trailer’s below.
Tearaway Unfolded is due to release exclusively on PS4 next year.
