Ubisoft Reveals The Assassin’s Creed American Saga Collection For October 3rd Release

Ubisoft has announced a new Assassin’s Creed collection for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.This time the games based in and around the Americas will sit together in a package. The Assassin’s Creed Birth Of A New World Amercan Collection will release on October 3rd, a month before the next two entries to the series, Rogue & Unity, hit. This collection will contain the journey of Connor in ACIII, the New Orleans adventure of Aveline in ACIII: Liberation HD, and last year’s sea faring title starring Edward Kenway in ACIV: Black Flag.

Having played all three I’d have to say that ACIV is the best of the bunch with the most interesting setting and character. It’s a good collection for people who have to yet to play any of those Assassin’s Creed titles, and will help bring these buyers up to speed before continuing the story in the next two games out this year. There isn’t a price confirmed within the press release that has been sent. It’s also unclear whether these will just be the base games, or if the DLC will be included too.

  1. This would be brilliant if I didn’t already own them all. Damn my eagerness to buy games years in advance of decent bundles.
