Grand Theft Auto V Soundtrack Getting Limited CD & Vinyl Release

Rockstar has announced that it will be releasing a limited run of Grand Theft Auto V’s soundtrack on both CD and vinyl, with a total of just 5000 prints being made available globally. These will both go on sale from December 9th, though prices have not been confirmed by Rockstar. There will be a total of 59 tracks available in this collection featuring the game’s score as well as original songs created by the likes of Yeesayer, and Flying Lotus.

The CD edition will contain a total of three discs as well as a USB stick styled after a gold brick, a poster and artwork. The vinyl edition will have six records, a lithograph poster, and a colour booklet. You can see both sets in the images below.

I think the collector in me is demanding I get one, and I’m going to try my hardest to.

  1. Great game but the worst soundtrack of the series :( so very much doubt i’ll be truing to get one of these.

  2. I’m there, I might even try for the vinyl! Im getting irrationally excited about GTA V again, I can’t understand why because I finished the game last year, I still want it again, what’s wrong with me?

    • Because it’s the best game of its generation maybe? :)

      • Which generation is it that we are referring to here?

As it in a couple of weeks, it will have technically spanned two generations.

  3. I don’t have a record player but those vinyl look sexy!
