December’s PlayStation Plus Lineup Announced In Full

With the November update, we also got a sneaky peak at some of the games that would be featuring in the December and January updates for PlayStation Plus’ Instant Game Collection. They certainly helped to quash some, if not all, of the complaints about a lack of big games for the PlayStation 4 in particular.

Now we get to see what else is to be added alongside Injustice: Gods Among Us – Ultimate Edition, with the very stylish top down shooter Secret Ponchos the second PS4 game for the month. Secret Ponchos is heading straight into the IGC at its launch.

The PS Vita, meanwhile, gets the tower defence title Final Horizon and Titan Attacks, the Cross-buy Space Invaders-alike. The PS3 isn’t left out either, with both Deadly Premonition: The Director’s Cut and the Hitman Trilogy HD.

All told, it’s quite a lot of gaming to see you through to the end of the year. Before we get to the update on December 3rd though, don’t forget to add all of this month’s content to your accounts:

Leaving PS Plus:
Binding of Isaac Rebirth (PS4/PS Vita)
Steamworld Dig (PS4/PS Vita)
Frozen Synapse Prime (PS3)
Luftrausers (PS3/PS Vita)
The Hungry Horde (PS Vita)

Entering PS Plus:

  1. I’m looking forward to Final Horizon (saw it in March and it looked great). I’ve only just seen the Deadly Premonition trailer and that looks rather exciting as well. This is most definitely an update with a bit more substance to it.

  2. Injustice is shite, don’t bother!

    • Theres great haiku plus review potentialin that line, helpful too :)

  3. Whahoo was going to pick up Hitman recently well more than once actually but thought will wait for Boxing Day, same with First Light since both are free! It is awesome! Now excuse me while I focus my mind on a game I might buy but will put it off *thinks GTA V* (Please be free soon) xD

  4. They’ve given up on the PS3 then?

Still, Injustice is lots of fun (even if I’ve got the PS3 version). And a couple of the others look interesting.

Overall, I think I’m getting my money’s worth this month. As usual.

  5. Injustice via share play has got to be worth a grin

  6. I’ve been tempted to buy the Hitman trilogy recently so this is great news, and I’ll give Injustice a crack too. Finally starting to pick up a bit!

  7. Sounds like a step up in quality to me. Ps4 was obviously gonna be better because of announcement last month. I suspect Ps3 step up in quality will only be temporary, maybe even dump Ps3 games next year to push Ps4 more. Vita’s offerings haven’t really been any good for ages now.

  8. Injustice is terrible and isnt this the second time its been on the PS+? I sure as hell wouldn’t have payed for it..

Kind of a shit month but hey ho, they are “Free” i guess, we just pay for the online gameplay.

    • No, it’s not been on PS+ before. It’s just about the only fighting game that hasn’t though, isn’t it? We’ve had quite a few.

Well worth a look, especially when it’s free.

      • Must have been heavily discounted at some point then, or there is some other strange reason i own it… Either way, was still a terrible 15 minutes that i tried playing it.

  9. Played Injustice before and thought it was dreadful. Nothing of interest for me this month. Looking forward to First Light in January.

  10. actually, i’ve been wanting to try Deadly Premonition.
