The Black Friday bonanza is coming to the EU PlayStation Store in the wee hours of the night, bringing with it all manner of deals for PS4, PS3 and PS Vita.
First up is Destiny, with its particular offers running only until Saturday, with the PS3 version of the core game down to £34.99 and both PS3 and PS4 version of the Digital Guardian Edition reduced too. Don’t forget, though, if you buy the game digitally for the PS3 before January 15th 2015, you also get a free and instant upgrade to the PS4 version of the game.
All of the other deals run until Monday 1st December though, and cover quite an impressive range of games. On the PS4, Alien Isolation drops to £24.99 and Shadow of Mordor to £29.99, games like Styx: Master of Shadows or Shadow Warrior are down to around the £15 mark and then indie games like Octodad, Transistor or Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty have also had healthy price cuts.
On the PS Vita, the standout offer is clearly Gravity Rush, at just £3.29, and there’s plenty to have a gander at on the PS3 too.

Think I’m going to take the plunge and get Diablo 3. Never played it and just read the TSA review, sounds brilliant.
Think I’d enjoy it more than Alien. Plus, now Youles has kindly pointed out that I have a working mic, I’m much more inclined to play online too.

Diablo 3 is tempting me too. Despite already having it on the PS3 where I had too much fun getting the platinum trophy. And despite being somewhat annoyed at the whole “you need to buy the whole game again to get the expansion” thing.
On the other hand, it’s almost a reasonable price now. Sell the PS3 version for not much, and then it comes down to what the expansion should have cost plus a bit extra for an upgrade to the PS4 version.
Just need to pop onto Game’s website and order some PSN credit using my points there. Oh, bugger. It’s fallen over horribly.
