Watch Us Play A Bit More LittleBigPlanet 3

Thanks for tuning in, everyone. Thankfully, we weren’t beset by many bugs this time. Deleting photos from your capture gallery does a fantastic job of making the popit more responsive and there wasn’t any crashing as we’d seen before. You can catch our hour long stream in the video below, and we’ll see you next time.

Black Friday’s madness has descended on the UK, with hordes of shoppers clambering over one another to try and grab a good deal. Any deal. It might be the literal crush of bodies to reach out and take hold of a discounted TV or the more metaphorical frustration of trying to refresh a shop’s website to view their discounted wares. It’s all thoroughly un-British.

But LittleBigPlanet 3, which has arrived in UK shops today – but probably isn’t quite so responsible for the midnight ruckus as signs that proudly proclaim percentages – is a terribly British game series, up there with scones with clotted cream and afternoon tea.

We streamed this game as the review embargo lifted last Tuesday, alongside the US launch, but with a new patch under its belt and a few workarounds possible, Blair and I will be back at 3PM today to stream some more and see if some of the kinks have been worked out, while also playing some of the cream of the early community levels. Tune in by clicking play below or heading over to our Twitch channel and watching there, and feel free to ask any questions you might have or just pull the triggers in and waggle the analogue stick to give us a frenzied greeting.

  1. The video keeps cutting out for me…not sure why. What I CAN see, though…is that a tiny little Iron Man? Lol, I’ll play just for that alone. Artwork looks fantastic in this one.

    • Hmmm. That’s odd. Seems to be OK for me, though it’s not the highest quality through bandwidth limitations, I’m afraid.

Yes, that was a little Iron Man, though. I think he was even a DLC costume back for the first game? All of the costumes and level packs from before that you own have been brought forward, which is lovely.
