Sony has released data on the top selling games on the EU PSN Store, with Minecraft coming top on PS4, PS3, and the Vita. That’s both impressive and unsurprising at the same time considering how popular of a game it is. On PS4 the highest selling exclusive was The Last Of Us: Remastered, placing 6th overall. On the classics side of things Crash Bandicoot dominated by taking four of the five top spots in that list.
One of the big omissions from the PS4 top 20 is Assassin’s Creed: Unity, which could be down to issues that were reported at launch. Of course the price doesn’t help either considering it is cheaper to buy physically, but other high priced titles did do well in that chart.

What I got from this list was that:
AC Unity sort of got the boot for being released in the state it was. And that AC Liberation still is a success on the Vita which means AAA games indeed have a place on the handheld.

It’s quite ironic that the most selling game on all Playstation Platforms (except the newly stabilised PSP) is owned by Microsoft.
I’m surprised DriveClub beats Watch Dogs.
Starman
NfS Most Wanted been so high up on Vita shows how little racing games have released for it lately. Unless they’re including when it was given away for free.

So crash bandicoot is riding high in the classics chart and it’s still looking like we’ll never see a new crash anytime soon. Come on Sony look at the demand and get your finger out your ass and get it sorted.

Sony doesn’t own the rights to Crash, that’s Activision and Universal before that.

I know sony dont own the i.p but they could look at trying to get crash back to sony platforms. Crash became the unofficial mascot of playstation and sony just let him go. Sales of the crash games prove there is a demand so i say again, sony get it sorted.
