Sign Up For The Rainbow Six Siege Closed Beta

Ubisoft are now taking names for the closed beta of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, which will be happening later this year.

The beta will be for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (you can select your preferred platform) and you will need a uPlay account to sign up.

The PC specs for the current alpha are as follows, you will probably need something very similar for the beta.

  • OS: Windows 7, 8, 8.1, x64
  • CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K or AMD FX-8120 Eight-Core
  • CPU Speed: 3.3 GHz (Recommended), 2.6 GHz (Minimum)
  • RAM: 8GB
  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 670 or AMD Radeon HD 7970 / R9 280 X
  • VRAM: 2GB

  1. Goddammit! Well I would have signed up if it wasn’t for the stupid bloody uPlay thing. Although I’m sat here at work reading and currently typing in this thread, I haven’t got enough time to start muddling around checking my email and clicking here and there because I’ve forgotten another password for a stupid system (or whatever it is) I never use.

    • OK, I may have jumped the gun a bit there. It prompts you to sign into your PSN account & lets you join. Not sure if it somehow grabs the details from that.

  2. The leaked footage from the alpha looks brilliant, and I’ve already signed up for it on PC but I’d prefer to get it on PS4 so I might pre-order to make sure I get it.

    • Damn you for putting the idea in my head! ;)

Registered earlier but have now preordered, just to be sure. Don’t think I’ll keep the preorder in place afterwards with that particular UK retailer tho’ (go on, guess!)

      • Just be careful as some retailers will prevent you from cancelling if you receive preorder bonuses before release, although I think this is more prevalent with digital PC game sellers rather than console retailers

      • There are umpteen ways around that, the registered card could get stopped before payment is taken, return the game after delivery under DSR etc

        Code just received tho’ :)

  3. Keep getting a 404 error when I try to view the beta registration page!
