No, that’s not a typo in the headline, this is the mother of all gaming mash ups. The Goat Simulator: PayDay DLC has now been patched with a Rocket League arena, complete with AI cars and the ball, both taken directly from Rocket League.

“Basically, we had a programmer who thought it would be really fun to program an AI for cars that was very similar to the AI used in Rocket League,” said Coffee Stain game designer Armin Ibrisagic. “Once the AI was done, we got in touch with the peeps behind Rocket League, they sent some assets over to us, and we patched it into the latest Payday DLC. If you own the DLC, you can find a Rocket League arena in the desert outside the ‘Payday city.'”

Will Psyonix return the favour and add goats to Rocket League? Only time will tell, they seem to be open to adding pretty much anything to the game, they have recently announced some Deadmau5 DLC for the game.
