UK Charts 27/08/16: Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Smashes Through To No. 1

As we race toward the busiest part of the year in gaming, Square Enix have stolen the limelight with the release of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, which crashes through a (non-load bearing) wall and into 1st place on the UK charts. It’s not matched up to the sales figures that Human Revolution managed back in 2011, but has still done well for itself in when considering that we’re earlier in this generation’s lifespan.

It’s pushed F1 2016 down to the 2nd place step on the podium, while No Man’s Sky has also dropped a spot down to third. There’s also three other new entries, with Madden NFL 17 bringing American Football to 5th place, the sim racing of Assetto Corsa’s console release coming in 8th and Attack on Titan: Wings of Freedom landing in 10th.
