The Assembly Confirmed As A PlayStation VR Launch Title

The list of launch games for PlayStation VR continues to grow, it’s reaching a quite ridiculous number of games to be honest and must be the strongest launch line up for any Sony product with other fifty titles now confirmed for day one.

The latest to join those is The Assembly which will you set you back $29.99/€24.99/£19.99 on launch day, October 13th. You can read our review of the PC version here.

The Assembly is an immersive, interactive story in first-person VR, created for mature audiences and inspired by real-world anxieties. The game centres around the eponymous Assembly, an enigmatic collective that has hidden itself from the world so as to conduct its experiments outside the constraints of government scrutiny and society’s morals. But what secrets is it hiding? What will it sacrifice in the name of progress? That’s for you to discover by taking on the role of two different protagonists, who both have the chance to shake the foundations of this mysterious organisation.

  1. Still think the Vita had the strongest launch lineup.

Uncharted, FIFA, Wipeout, Motorstorm, Modnation Racers, Rayman Origins, F1 2011, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3,Virtual Tennis, Lumines, Super Stardust and more. That was just the big name titles.

I just hope VR gets better long term support than the Vita did.
