I’m not sure there’s much more for me to say here. Just click play. Or don’t. It’s entirely up to you.
You clicked play, didn’t you?
Well that was rather pretty. It’s terribly short, but shows a truly sublime level of visual fidelity. There’s little more than a teaser as to what’s going on, with only a tiny amount of voice over toward the end of the clip. Mounting up and getting a posse together online will doubtless be a big part of the game’s appeal though, given the emphasis that online play is given in the description on the RDR2 site.
Now imagine how good that would be if it were on Nintendo Switch as well… but it’s not, it’s only coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with release planned for Autumn 2017.

well, that was… short.

Awesome. It reminded me of The Revenant a bit at the beginning.

“Awesome” is indeed the word. What a wonderful insight into how it’s shaping up.

It does look really nice if a bit short but at least it’s still better than 2 years of screenshots. I got mine on preorder straight away.

Wow, this is exactly what I wanted this teaser to be. It’s going to be a long year!

Wooow, awesome! Quick, must play RDR!

Got a real Hell on Wheels feel from the shot of the cowboy standing in front of the fire! Autumn 2017 is a long way down the road.

I enjoyed the last game but I hope there’s a bit more pace to the sequel.

That looks epic. Never really got into the first one. I think it came free with ps+ a long time ago and I tried it for half an hour. Might have to give it a proper try now.
