Sony Announce A Load More Games For PS4 And PlayStation VR

Sony seem to be firing out game announcements faster than a whippet with it’s bum on fire so here is a catch up of everything that has been revealed in the past day or so.

Time bending bullet time game Superhot is making the jump to PlayStation VR now that Microsoft’s exclusivity period is up.

Unto The End from 2 Ton Studios places you in the shoes of a father who must avenge the death of his family, who were murdered by a nasty beast. “It’s a journey driven by unforgiving encounters, meaningful choices, and moments of stark beauty,” and will land on PS4 next year.

“Heavy metal space saga” Valfaris, a 2D platformer, also lands next year on PS4 and other platforms.

5v5 tactical MOBA Fringe Wars puts you in charge of a blimmin’ great starship to fight it out with other blimmin’ great starships. It’s coming to PS4 at the end of the year.

Indie hit Burly Men at Sea is bringing beards and bellies to PlayStation 4 and – woo – PlayStation Vita this summer.

Pool Elite lets you play 8 Ball, 9 Ball, Snooker, Carom and 3 Cushion in Pool, and its coming to PS4 this summer.

Time for another PlayStation VR game, this is ROM: Extraction which shares a little in common with Superhot. It is described as a”fast-paced homage to the classic arcade shooter–with a VR twist. Engage in an epic takedown of extraterrestrial robots by combining your futuristic weapons with your ability to slow down time.”

The PC classic Undertale is coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.

And finally, at least for the next few hours, LocoRoco 2 is also being remastered for PlayStation 4, this is a trailer for the original game.

  1. Like why do they keep announcing new games? What is this, a games console?!? I mean, it’s super frustrating on a personal level y’know.

If I knew that buying a PS4 meant I’d be getting bombarded with new game announcements like this all the time, I’d have bought an Xbox One instead y’all.

    • I know right. It’s almost like they expect us to actually play and enjoy all of these games….like…who has time for fun anymore?

  2. Finally superhot is coming though is it exclusively VR? Got it on PC and without VR is still a blast.

  3. Pretty sure the SuperhotVR exclusivity deal wasnt with Microsoft. It was exclusive to Oculus Rift for a long time, who are owned by Facebook.

Awesome game though, I had the Rift version with a hack to make it work on the Vive and when they finally released it on Vive, the devs gave me a free steam key for it. The lovely people :)
