Black Friday 2017: Today’s Ten Best Gaming & Hardware Deals [Updated]

Getting the best deals is tricky today, because there’s so many stores competing for your attentions, and some really small differences in price… but there’s some really good offers right now and even our big round up is a confusing mess. We want to bring the best offers to your attention, from hardware to just some damn good game prices.

These are the best offers we can find for each major hardware platform and you’ll have to act fast for some of these, because they’re retailer specific and potentially very, very time limited. Heck, some of these have already been out of stock once today!

1 – Nintendo Switch & Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle for £279.99 (£40 saving) at Game or Amazon

Now that the Limited Edition Super Mario Odyssey boxed bundle and the comparable Amazon Lightning Deal have vanished, the best Switch deal around is the console with Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle for £279.99, which is not a Lightning Deal and can be had from Game or Amazon.

2 – Xbox One X with Assassin’s Creed Origins, Doom, Forza 7, & Fallout 4 for £469.99 (£130 saving) at Currys PC World

Sure, the £130 saving is only if you count the RRP of each, so it’s really more like £60-70 saving, currently in stock for both delivery and store delivery. If you’d prefer, you can get the One X with just AC Origins and Forza 7 for £449.99, or a plain Xbox One X on its own can be had for £429.99 (£20 off) at Game.

3 – Xbox One S with Assassin’s Creed Origins, Forza 7 & a Bethesda game for £169.85 at ShopTo

Xbox One S boxed game bundles have been cut to £169.99 across the board, so there’s plenty of good offers around. ShopTo’s is the best at just throwing extra value at you – this is fourth in their list of “build your own bundle” offers, but if you’re lucky you can find Currys’ One S with AC Origins, Doom, Forza 7 and Fallout 4 for £180 in stock near you, which isn’t far behind in the value stakes.

4 – PlayStation 4 Pro with GT Sport, Call of Duty WWII and Fallout 4 for £299.99 at Currys PC World

The only real advantage here over the standardised drop to £299.99 that Sony made is the addition of Fallout 4. Even so, it’s just that little bit better than anything else we can find.

5 – PlayStation 4 Slim with Call of Duty WWII, GT Sport & a PlayLink game for £199 at Tesco

You can get this with FIFA 18 or Star Wars Battlefront II in place of COD WWII.

6 – Nintendo Classic Mini: SNES with USB Power Adapter for £79.99 at Nintendo

Not really a deal, so much as a highly sought after classic console coming back into stock. The regular RRP is £69.99, but it can only ever be found for £79.99, so you might as well get a USB power adapter for your money as well.

7 – GT Sport for £17.86 at ShopTo

8 – Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus for £19.99 at Game, ShopTo, Amazon

9 – 4TB WD Elements Portable for £89.99 at Amazon

Never complain about running out of space again with this huge 4TB WD Elements drive for external storage on Xbox One or PlayStation 4.

10 – LG OLED55B7V 55″ 4K HDR OLED TV for £1350 at Currys with code TV10

If you’re looking for a 4K HDR TV and can spring for more than a grand, then this is one hell of an offer for LG’s OLED TVs, with the return of the £1350 price point that was briefly available earlier this week. Richer Sounds and John Lewis don’t look like they’ll be able to price match online, as they’re out of stock, but you may have luck in stores.

Those are our nine best finds – partially thanks to the intrepid deal hunters at HotUKDeals – but I’m sure there’s some that we’ve missed. Shout at us in the comments if we have!
