Check out the second wave of PlayStation China Hero Project games for PS4

Sony’s China Hero Project, which supports developers based in China, has announced a bunch of new games which cover a range of genres. At present most of these are scheduled for launch in China only but they may come to our shores. Let us take a look at the games.

The first title was revealed a few weeks ago and it’s definitely coming to Europe. Immortal Legacy: The Jade Cipher launches on March 20th and is a virtual reality horror shooter for PSVR with environmental puzzles and a “gripping story”.

Next up is the game previously known as Code: Hardcore, now newly rechristened Hardcore Mecha, a 2D mech shooter. This game had also been previously revealed but has a new trailer.

F.I.S.T. is a dieselpunk metroidvania game from the team behind Ancient Amulator VR and it stars a bunny with a massive fist, because why not.

The next fresh announcement is for In Nightmare (working title), a “dark fairytale of exploring the growing pain and self-salvation.”

The hack and stealth game Evotinction has been created by a bunch of ex 2K China developers. “Evotinction aims to discuss the relationship between evolution and extinction,” say Spikewave Games.

AI-LIMIT is a new action RPG where layers can wear a variety of headwear, body, limbs and other components to adjust their abilities and create a unique character dress. If you have a thing about insects then this might not be the game for you.

Convallaria is an online game with PvE and PvP battles that “tries to show players with different emotional clutters”, whatever that means. It looks a bit like the results of a fourway between Anthem, Destiny 2, Fortnite, and Final Fantasy.

Also online is the multiplayer competitive game RAN: Lost Islands.

And finally, an update for a game that was revealed last year, ANNO: Mutationem
