Follia – Dear Father is a new first person horror game that will be playable in VR

If there’s one thing genre that can really fit virtual reality it’s horror. Real Game Machine is a studio that’s looking to help that relationship along with Follia- Dear Father, a game which will be released on PSVR and HTC Vive. If you haven’t got a VR headset don’t worry as the game will also be playable on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Follia – Dear Father requires players to rely on stealth as they venture through a university campus that is filled with monsters out for blood.

The plot of the game follows a man called Marcus as he goes to  Frederick Fidelity University to find his parents who are employed there. It looks like everyone is dead so chances of finding them alive are slim, and Marcus doesn’t have much to help in the nightmarish situation he finds himself in. All Marcus has is a torch, a lighter, and a crowbar. What’s even worse is that torch could go out any time including when walking through an already dim room with sounds of monsters all around. You’ll need to find clues across the campus to work out what has happened and to find your parents while dealing with unique monsters that hunt in their own way.  The game will feature three difficulties from easy to hardcore.

A release date is to be confirmed.
