Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled will have seasonal Grand Prix events

Activision and Beenox Interactive have revealed some more information for Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, with there being confirmation of the post launch contents. The announcement today covers the Grand Prix events which are seasonal events available to all players of the game. These Grand Prix events bring their own challenges and tracks to master, with players earning nitro as each challenge is met. This nitro fills up a gauge which in turn leads to earning rewards like new racers. One of those new racers has been confirmed as Spyro the Dragon, though he won’t be earnable until a Grand Prix further down the line. The first character to be unlockable will be Tawna.

Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled will be out on June 21st with the first Grand Prix starting on July 3rd.

  1. Loved CTR on PS. My bro and I had a whale of a time with that. May pick it up at some point for the Switch but tricky to justify that when I already own Mario Kart and don’t play that enough. “Start your engines for another naughty dog creation” or words to that effect went the intro I recall. I’d still like to see Hogs of War make a comeback!
