Something for the Weekend – 20/07/19

After last weekend’s sporting extravaganza, it’s quite nice to have a slightly more relaxing weekend on the table – I think my heart-rate has only just returned to normal after the Super Over in the Cricket!

Still, the W-Series is on later today for racing fans, so I think I’ll tune into that, especially as the weather seems to have taken a turn for the worse!

  1. That Super Over was utterly bonkers, maybe the most exciting bit of sport I’ve ever watched in my life, and minutes earlier my wife and I were reminiscing those two years of bonkers long Wimbledon finals where Federerer and Nadal seemed to play forever so the bar was set high! Cricket will never be so exciting ever again.
