A free update is set to expand Monster Hunter World: Iceborne’s endgame next week, bringing a new volcanic region for those of you who have dared set foot in the Guiding Lands.
Free Title Update #1 is set to be pushed out to PS4 and Xbox One players on 10th October, bringing the new Volcanic region in the Guiding Lands, where you’ll be able to obtain materials useful for customising your weapons and armour. Capcom are also releasing the Rajang for hunters to tussle with in a new special assignment. If you complete the quests given to you by the Admiral, you will receive a Rajang Claws pendant for your troubles.

Finally, Capcom are adding the ability to hang out with other players in your room and set the mood with a new music player and equipment display to showcase your best gear and show off.
Title Update #1 is the first step on the recently revealed roadmap for Monster Hunter World: Iceborne, with PS4 exclusive Horizon: Zero Dawn content set for November and more heading into the new year.
