November’s PlayStation Plus games have been revealed!

Hi, we’re your PlayStation Plus gurls, ah-huh, and have we got news for you! You better listen, get ready, all you lonely players, and leave those umbrellas at home!

Humidity is rising (uh rising), barometer’s getting low (oh low, girl), according to all sources (what sources now) PlayStation’s the place to go (we better hurry up!)
‘Cause tonight for the upteenth time (upteenth time), just about half-past four (half past four!), for the upteenth time in history it’s gonna start raining games (start raining games!)

It’s raining games, hallelujah, it’s raining games, amen!
I’m gonna go out to run and let myself get,
Absolutely soaking wet!
It’s raining games, hallelujah,
It’s raining games, every specimen
Sports, puzzles, epic shooters,
Action, adventure, rpg looters!

This month’s PlayStation Plus games have been revealed and they are Nioh and Outlast 2!

Nioh

Nioh is a visceral, action-driven adventure where you must hone your skills, upgrade your weapons and demonstrate perseverance and mastery in besting some of ancient Japan’s fiercest demons.

Travel to the blood-soaked Sengoku period and take on the role of an embattled outsider as you fight to liberate a guardian spirit from the clutches of a power-hungry sorcerer.

Wielding swords, spears, shuriken, bows, rifles, powerful elemental magic and more, shape yourself into an unstoppable samurai warrior. Develop new skills, find ever more powerful armor and perfect your playstyle as you explore overrun towns, brooding caves and abandoned harbors.

Outlast 2

Immerse yourself in a desperate fight for survival in an isolated rural community as you attempt to rescue your kidnapped wife from the clutches of a deranged cult.

Having narrowly escaped death in a helicopter crash, set out into the rundown village of Temple Gate and do your best to avoid its crazed inhabitants as you fight to locate your partner.

Haunted by your troubled past, look for answers as you uncover the ever more disturbing secrets lurking beneath the town and the twisted ambitions of its charismatic leader.

Last month we had the rather excellent The Last of Us Remastered and MLB The Show 19 which I doubt anyone in the UK bothered to download. If you have not grabbed the games then you can using the handy links below.

The new games will be available to download on November 5th, and if you haven’t signed up for PlayStation Plus yet you can grab a UK subscription for £41.79 from CDKeys.

  1. I expect to be completely underwhelmed as I have for some time.
Looking at Xbox game pass list as my son wants one. Can’t believe how much more you get from Microsoft than you do from Sony. I’ve been with Sony since the ps1 but I’m not paying for this crap any more. Cue fantastic game announcement but not sure what could change my mind.

    • Trust me . I’ve had Xbox and ps and Xbox live games are always terrible . The gold pass is good but I just can’t stand the Xbox system and programming. I’d say keep the ps but you do what u want. Just an opinion

      • Yep. Completely underwhelmed.
Maybe it’s a matter of taste but the Xbox games list looks more up my street than all these gloomy games from ps plus. It would take a while to get used to their deformed controller mind.

  2. Something good that everyone has already played and something terrible. You’re welcome.

  3. I read somewhere (I think twitter) that non PS+ subscribers could join at half price – but I can’t see where! Can anyone help?

    • There was an offer of 12 months for £24.99 for new (or lapsed) subscribers but it looks like it ended yesterday.

      • Ah, dammit!

      • Yes the offer ended, don’t believe those sites who say it’s still on !

  4. Hopefully some of the predictions I have seen come true especially resident evil 7 gold edition or GTA v criminal enterprise pack

    • Or even star wars battlefront 2 or a combination of any 2 of those

    • Resi 7 is a good call, gives PSVR players something as well. Only a few minutes till we find out!

  5. We got ours about 2am yesterday. It might not have lapsed but it will show as £49.99 if you go to get it on the ps store. We used a link someone posted on a forum as they were seeing the same “full price” thing, then they found the right link for the half price deal. It’s the first one that comes up if you google “psplus offer £25”.

  6. Good month. Have Nioh and loved Outlast 1 but it shit me up too much so I never bought the second. Happy days.

  7. Not much for me here, as Outlast 2 already sits in my backlog, and Nioh doesn’t interest me. I played the Nioh demo back then, if I don’t mix it up with some other random B game, and found it was nothing special.

  8. Happy days. Not played either. I have heard good things a out Outlast so. Winner winner chicken dinner
