Activision has confirmed the modes and maps that will be arriving for free in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, with the update itself scheduled to arrive tomorrow November 8th. The mode that will be added is Hardpoint where teams have to rush to an area and hold it to score points while holding off enemies. If no one is in the zone then no points are scored to the team score, and the point changes regularly through the match.
In terms of new maps the first is Shoot House which will be added to the multiplayer rotation while the second is Ground War exclusive Krovnik Farmland.

If you haven’t picked up Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, or just like knowing our opinions here’s what Jim wrote in his review.
“Infinity Ward was never going to recapture the magic of the original Modern Warfare, but this is still their most memorable Call of Duty game of the past decade. This is a bold new spin that’s uneven in places, but proves there is still room for innovation within that core template.”
