Rumours and leaks have suggested a remaster of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and they seem to be accurate as the PlayStation Store listing detailing the game has been spotted and it has a launch date of tomorrow,
April March 31st. Eurogamer say that they believe the listing is “accurate.”
The page, which is only for the campaign portion of the game, was removed but has somehow popped back up again.

There have been reports of the game since 2018 where a leak suggested that only the campaign of the game would get a remaster. Then last year a PEGI listing appeared for Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered. A few days ago another ratings board listed Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered, and that board was the very reliable South Korean ratings one.
Call of Duty fans are spoliled for choice at the moment, Warzone, the free to play title launched earlier this month.
