The game will follow new protagonist Eivor (who can be either male or female, and is heavily customisable), who spends some of his time back at home in Norway, where the game begins, before heading off to Britain. A returning element will be creating a village settlement that acts as the hub for Eivor and their fellow Vikings, which you’ll be looking to grow through your time with the game, with the story centred around this element (and potential romances as well). In the village, Eivor can level up, change their looks through various customisable options, and changing up and improving weapons. There will be elements of supernatural inclusion with Eivor’s own animal being a raven which is traditionally associated with the Norse god Odin.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has 15 studios working on it making it the biggest group of contributing studios for an Assassin’s Creed game. Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla does not have a release date yet but it is expected to release in Holiday 2020 for Xbox Series X, PS5, PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Stadia.
