Cannibal Cuisine will be cooking up dodgy meals later this month on Switch and PC, beta now open

I feel like I have to put a legal disclaimer in place and say TheSixthAxis does not endorse cannibalism. Right, I think that is us covered. Anyway, here’s a bizarre cooking game for if you find Cooking Mama and Overcooked a bit too safe. Rocket Vulture has announced that the co-op cooking game Cannibal Cuisine will be available on May 20th for Switch and PC via Steam. If you are curious you can play Cannibal Cuisine’s open beta on Steam right now.

In Cannibal Cuisine players have to feed the cannibal god Hoochooboo using fruits and the meat of some unlucky tourists. In the game, players will have to collect fruit and fight the tourists to gather ingredients with each player getting a different power to help them. These powers include being able to cook faster with fire breath, or stomp-stun tourists making it easier to capture them. There are 24 levels in the campaign which can be played with up to four players with ingredients requiring a specific mix of fruits, vegetables, and meat to please Hoochooboo. There is also a competitive mode. Multiplayer will be available both locally and online.

Cannibal Cuisine is going to be priced at  €12.99 / £10.99 with a 25% discount available around launch for a limited time. And remember, we do not condone cannibalism.
