Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 1.10 update fixes Force Pull and crash errors

Respawn Entertainment has released a new update for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and this is update 1.10. It is a rather small update that addresses a couple of issues that have cropped up since the major update that was released on May 4th to celebrate Star Wars Day. That update added New Journey Plus, as well as Combat Challenges and the Battle Grid in the Meditation Training screen. The details of the May 4th update can be found here.

The notes for update 1.10 can be found below:

Fixes & Improvements

  • Fixed a rare instance of crashing on consoles during saving/loading Battle Grids in Meditation Training.

  • Force Pull no longer damages Cal when fighting the Inquisitors in the Challenge Arena.

  • Corrected a text bug in one of the challenge descriptions.

If you have experienced the crash bug then you should be okay once the download is complete, and the Challenge Arena should be a tiny bit easier if you are relying on Force Pull to help you in battles against Inquisitors.

In our review for Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order, Jim wrote:

Overall, Respawn has conjured up a strong albeit formulaic story yet one that digs much deeper into the franchise and has the license to create new layers to the lore instead of leaning too heavily on familiar touchstones. What works best here are the original characters and locations, all of which develop over time and feel like authentic strands of the Star Wars canon.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is exactly the kind of single player game we had originally hoped to see when EA and Disney joined forces. Even if you strip away the license, you’re left with a super satisfying mix or combat, story, and exploration, deftly crafted by a studio best known for spearheading an entirely different genre.
