Original Story below:

Sony has announced one of the games that will be part of the June PlayStation Plus line up and that game will be Call of Duty: WWII. In addition, Call of Duty: WWII will be live to download for PS Plus subscribers tomorrow, May 26th. The rest of the line up will be confirmed later this week, but this is an early giveaway for Plus subscribers. Normally, PS Plus games go live in the first week of the new month. You can check out Sony’s Tweet announcement below.

Call of Duty: WWII was released in 2017 and was developed by Sledgehammer Games. In our review, of Call of Duty: WWII Jim wrote:

Three years ago, Sledgehammer took a bold step forward with Advanced Warfare. Now, in 2017, it’s taken a bold step back. Despite some interesting additions like Headquarters and War, Call of Duty: WWII is arguably the most reserved entry we’ve had in years, but is already proving a hit among fans. There is still that sense of fatigue, however, and if Call of Duty is to soar to the top once again, Treyarch and Infinity Ward will need to change something more than the time period in the coming years.

From the heady days of the Mega Drive up until the modern day gaming has been my main hobby. I'll give almost any game a go.

  1. Sweet! I kept meaning to get this, but COD barely ever goes on sale on Steam so i never got round to it.

  2. Well, it’s available for free now, but I think something’s gone wrong. It’s only an 81GB download.
