Ubisoft+ Classics revealed to be a part of the new PlayStation Plus

Ubisoft has announced a line up of games that will be included with PlayStation Plus’ relaunch in June. Dubbed Ubisoft+ Classics, it is intended as a compliment to the Ubisoft+ subscription that is coming to PlayStation in future, adding a bunch of older Ubisoft games for PS Plus Extra or Premium subscribers.

This is similar to how EA Play has been bundled in with some Xbox Game Pass tiers, though a subset of the broader Ubisoft back catalogue of games. The Ubisoft+ Classics catalogue will launch with 27 games alongside PS Plus’ June relaunch, but will then grow to 50 games by the end of 2022.

Here’s the list of Ubisoft+ Classic games:

  • Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
  • For Honor
  • The Crew 2
  • Child of Light
  • Eagle Flight
  • Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon
  • Far Cry 3 Remaster
  • Far Cry 4
  • Legendary Fishing
  • Risk: Urban Assault
  • South Park: The Fractured but Whole
  • South Park: The Stick of Truth
  • Space Junkies
  • Star Trek: Bridge Crew
  • Starlink: Battle for Atlas
  • STEEP
  • The Crew
  • The Division
  • Trackmania Turbo
  • Transference
  • Trials Fusion
  • Trials of the Blood Dragon Game
  • Trials Rising
  • Valiant Hearts: The Great War
  • Watch Dogs
  • Werewolves Within
  • ZOMBI

The announcement has come alongside Sony’s reveal of the games that will be included in the curated Classic Games Catalogue, as part of the higher priced tiers of PS Plus. That includes a range of PS1 and PSP games that can be emulated on PS4 and PS5 for the first time – if you own these games digitally, by the way, you can emulate them for free as well – and some of the emulated PS2 Classics that were released for PS4.
