No More Heroes 3 will be throwing off its Nintendo Switch exclusivity and coming to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, Xbox One and PC in October. The worldwide release for PC is on 11th October, while PlayStation and Xbox gamers will be able to get the game on 14th October in Europe, 11th October in North America and 6th October in Japan.

If you’re the kind of gamer that loves to get their hands on a physical disc, then you’ll also be glad to hear that there will be a physical release for PlayStation 5 and Xbox – seemingly not for PS4, though. This will include the game, feature an all-new illustration by series artist Yusuke Kozaki, and come with a trio of art cards and a double-sided poster.

No More Heroes 3 sees Travis Touchdown return to his home town of Santa Destroy, where he finds a huge artificial metropolis floating in the sea and unidentified flying objects above. Robin Atkin Downes and Paula Tiso are both to their roles as Travis Touchdown and Sylvia Christel, ensuring that Suda51’s cult classic franchise retains its leading stars.

In our No More Heroes 3 review, Nick wrote:

“I’m just coming down off the insanity that is the end of No More Heroes 3. Suda 51 has an incredible mind, with his past work producing a bevy of wild games that dared to go beyond the normal realms of gaming. It’s fair to say though that with this one Mr Suda has dialled it up to eleven: No More Heroes 3 is bonkers…No More Heroes 3 shines with its fourth-wall-breaking self-awareness, zany characters and stunningly slick combat. It’s not afraid to be what it is, Suda 51 and his team delivering a great instalment to the franchise that welcomes us to the Garden of Insanity.”

Now imagine that, but bumped up to higher resolutions, and stuff.
