Netflix have announced Stranger Things VR which will release on “major virtual reality platforms” at the end of 2023. The game is being developed by Tender Claws.
There’s very little detail on the Stranger Things VR, here’s all we have.
Play as Vecna. Become an explorer of unknown realities as you form the hive mind and tame the void. Invade minds and conjure nightmares in your quest to enact revenge on Eleven and Hawkins.
There has already been a Stranger Things VR title but it was one of those interactive ‘experiences’ rather than a full game.
There was also a Stranger Things game in development at Telltale Games before they imploded.
