The second batch of Xbox Game Pass games for November 2022 has been confirmed, starting off with today’s releases of Pentiment and Somerville, continuing through Dune: Spice Wars and building up to Warhammer 40,000: Darktide at the end of the month.
It’s a pretty PC-heavy back half to the month, with the strategy of Dune: Spice Wars and the four player co-op action of Warhammer 40,000: Darktide only on PC at this time. However, there’s always Gungrave GORE and the tactical multiplayer shooter Insurgency: Sandstorm for console players to look forward to.
Today’s day one releases are Pentiment, a narrative adventure that takes you back to 16th century Bavaria and has you solving a murder and other crimes in an illuminated manuscript visual style. It’s rather good! There’s also Somerville, in which you have to run and survive a sci-fi alien invasion.
