ParticipantFor a variety of reasons my family and I did Christmas last weekend so we’ve already opened all our gifts but to the vast majority, the 25th is still the day when all the excitement takes place and while my wife entertaining friends, me and the kids will be getting stuck into OUYA, Fifa 14, NFS Rivals, GT6 and PS4 with Killzone and the PS+ offerings. On the non-gaming side of things I received a book, 2-pair of pyjama pants, a beers of the world set, some chocolates, a t-shirt and a blanket with massive emotional meaning (the one gift that cost nothing and the one that meant the most by far). Not too much rich drinking for me here in the U.S. though, 26th is still a working day, I clearly need to move to Canada where Boxing Day is honoured.
Can’t wait to see what I get for my birthday! (New years eve)
So! What did everyone else get?

ParticipantNo games for me, although I did but Need For Speed for cheap on my new Vita. I got a Fergbuger t-shirt all the way from New Zealand, anfairly awesome vintage clock and new 10mm lense for my camera. Every photo today is on max aperture with stacks of depth of field… I’m so common :)

ParticipantLego Marvel Superheroes on PS4. It’s a cracker! Definitely felt like a kid at Christmas when I opened that one.

ParticipantBRY, have you seen all the offers on the UK PSN Vita store January Sales? Might be worth investing a few quid if they’re as good deals over there as they seem over here!

ParticipantI certainly have mate. Your old Vita still gets a lot of attention, and those deals combined with a few PSN vouchers for Christmas will not bring a stop to that!

ParticipantGlad it’s bringing you plenty of joy! And it’s not my old one anymore, you’ve definitely had it longer mate! I’ve just got a 2000 from Japan, it feels amazingly thin and apart from the awkward X and O button swap its wonderful. I’ll post some pictures here when I can, I love it, which is just as well as I’ve spent way too much on the offers and now a new memory card hah.
