I know this is mainly a PS forum but I’ve had a real problem with my kids and their account sign ins to Xbox live since friday, when they sign in, they get a message saying I have to sign in to Xbox.com and validate their accounts, I do this and then get an error saying my account details are incomplete, despite them being fine for the kids to use all year.
There’s quite a hoohah on the xbox forum right now as Microsoft seem to be unable to fix it and it seems to affect anyone (or at least UK).
