Indeed, a costly trip to the dealer for me…well 700,000 Cr to be precise, but with the huge payouts on seasonals @ 200% ratio lately I thought I’d splash out, being a bit flush! :P

I don’t think that Bunny will be too pleased that you excluded him from the pervert category!

Oh! another comeback. Fuck me I’ve lost count, that’s about four that I can remember :P

Apart from the obvious site overhaul and staff reshuffle I don’t think a lot has happened other than quite a big membership boost. ;)

Good spot Tom, it does work. Go into the BMW dealership and buy the M3 GT (BMW Motorsport) ’11 Cr 350.000, then when you return to the BMW dealership page the M3 GT2 Base Model ’11 Cr 350,000 appears for sale.
I wonder many other dealerships have these hidden cars…neat way to tuck them away!

Amazon are selling GT6 25th Anniversary steelbook edition with the usual bonuses for £37.99. Not a bad price cut it’s normally 50+ quid.

Haha, made a real dog’s dinner of that one at Apricot. False start followed by a self induced tank slap after just a few turns in what should really have been a Lotus one-two….oh dear Tef :P

Picked up platinum for Test Drive Ferrari Racing Legends a few days ago. Absolute must have for any Ferrari fan and keen virtual racer, with tracks and cars ranging from 1940’s through to 2011, some great classics.
Picked it up for around 4 quid in the sale a few weeks back and can’t believe that I’d let it slip under the radar.
A wheel is essential though and gives pretty precise handling making the game a pleasure compared to trying to use a cumbersome controller!

The 400PP cars are great fun and make for some ace racing but I think there should be a little variety thrown into the mix, rather than just be limited to the smaller tracks like Brands, Tsukuba etc. with the lower powered cars.

Good work ron, thought about this missing thread the other day but had no deals to get started with :P

Anyway there’s a good bundle for anyone looking to venture into last gen, or maybe regrets at trading their PS3 to fund a PS4.

PS3 500GB including two top titles… The last of us and Gran Turismo 6
    all for £189.95 @ Shopto.

Good work BRY, always nice to get a full set. I accomplished a similar achievement with the Ratchet and Clank series….all 8 plats, albeit an easier task to achieve than your Godly endeavours! ;)

Thanks BRY, I enjoyed playing the game through to platinum and am looking forward to future updates and meets although proud is probably a bit too strong a word lol, it wasn’t anywhere near the challenge of the GT5 platinum :o

A small warning/tip for the final GT6 trophy that most people will be trying for.

    Autobarmy
Travel 7,903 miles (12,718 km) in total – the length of the Autobahn

The mathematics was lost in translation on this one. You have go for the 12,718 km which equated to around 7930 miles on my game. The trophy hadn’t popped when I reached the 7903 miles so changed the HUD prefs to km and it was showing a shortfall of a several km (around 12,688 km) so one more Super event and the deed was done. Plat!

I think you’ll find that all games will be multiplayer region free and you can play anyone anywhere whichever region you buy from, as is the case with PS3 and buying from the US store to play on an EU account. I haven’t come across a single game that I’ve bought on my US account that wasn’t multiplayer region free.
Where you have to be careful though is buying DLC packs for games as they are not cross region compatible
ie. You can’t usually buy a game with your US account and then buy DLC from the EU/UK store, as there’ll be compatibility issues….vice-versa.
Basically keep a note of where (region) you bought a game and buy any future DLC from that account/region so there’s no mix-match!
